Marketing Coordinator

The Nery Corporation is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven part‑time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in New Bedford, MA. This role supports multiple divisions — Coastal Realty, Coastal Commercial Real Estate, and Coastal Business Brokers — and plays a key part in how our brand shows up across digital, print, and client‑facing channels. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute daily social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile Schedule and monitor posts using Buffer and Meta Business Suite Design marketing materials, listing graphics, and campaign assets in Canva Produce and distribute a monthly commercial real estate newsletter Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including Just Sold mailers and targeted outreach lists Assist with drafting and distributing press releases and company announcements Pull and organize commercial real estate data from MLS and CoStar Manage email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists through Constant Contact Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools (or willingness to learn quickly) Professional, polished written and verbal communication skills Background in marketing, communications, or real estate is a plus Ability to commute on‑site Mon - Fri required.
