Compensation: Annual salary of $315,559, along with a $25,000 sign-on bonus

Key Highlights

• Advocate Christ Medical Center (ACMC) is a level 1 trauma center and an 802-bed nonprofit teaching hospital located in Oak Lawn, a suburb of Chicago.
• ACMC boasts one of the largest maternity programs in Illinois, with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually.
• Work schedule includes 173 shifts of 12 hours each per year, covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Facility features a Level III NICU and 24-hour Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support.
• Responsibilities include covering the OB Emergency Department and unassigned patients.
• Collaboration with GYN surgical specialists and providing C-section backup.
• Access to the highest level of subspecialty care and opportunities for resident interaction.
• Utilization of EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
• Be part of a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines.
• Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review and approval.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
