What You'll Do As a Senior Analyst (SA) in a Client Focused role inside BCG's People and Organization (POP) Practice Area with a focus on the Organization Design & Operating Model topic, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, workshops, and other domain-specific accelerators). You will serve as content expert and advisor to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve complex client issues around Organization Design & Operating Model efforts. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions. Internally, you will also support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, building workshops or knowledge sharing sessions, and developing marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and progressively assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Solving client problems through formulating relevant redesign strategies, analytical approaches and research in Org design and operating model transformations Communicating with case teams and clients team members, in a credible and confident way Managing and successfully delivering many initiatives with multiple milestones in client setting Building client-ready deliverables in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing case team learnings and outputs to develop new proprietary knowledge assets Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, independently managing work products to meet agreed upon deadlines and expectations What You'll Bring 2+ years of consulting experience in Organization Design & Operating Model topics strongly preferred In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required, with 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; advanced degree preferred Expertise in relevant topics, including leadership, communications and engagement, culture, program management, wellbeing, and behavioral science Fluency in English Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment Who You'll Work With As a Client Focused Vantage team member, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role is $115,700 - $119,500 This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 24% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
