Insurance Verification Specialist - $23/hr

Job Description Insurance Verification candidates must have direct experience with insurance verification and be able to interact with patients by communicating treatment plans and payment options. They will promote compliance and improve outcomes by contacting patients, assisting with appointments, identifying transportation needs and resources, and identifying oral and overall health resources. Responsibilities Verify insurance and follow up on payments. Obtain treatment plan estimates. Enter alerts in patient charts. Work closely with billing on patient balances. Maintain an organized system for tracking and follow-up. Qualifications 2+ years of insurance verification experience. 2+ years of payor network knowledge and patient interaction. Ability to communicate treatment plans. Strong customer service experience. Willingness to work in a contract-to-hire position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay And Benefits Pay range: $23.00 – $23.00 per hour. Benefits Medical, dental & vision.
