Hotline Team MemberHotline team members participate together to ensure the proper preparation, construction and delivery of food items while upholding Freddy's standards of hospitality, quality and cleanliness.All Freddy's employees are responsible for treating guests with the highest level of respect and communicating with them in an energetic, friendly and cheerful manner.Should be able to:Walk, bend, climb, reach, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 50 poundsOperate all necessary kitchen equipmentStand for long periods of timeAdapt easily to changing temperatures in the kitchenDemonstrate the following competencies:Guest ServiceQualityDependabilityAdaptabilityTeamworkResponsibilities:Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely mannerFollow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurantAssume responsibility for quality of the products that is servedHandle multiple orders in a timely mannerFollow proper washing, sanitation, hygiene and safety proceduresHandle, store and rotate products properlyAssemble and disassemble equipmentPerform other related duties as assigned by the managerTHE FREDDY'S WAYEnjoying great food without a long wait doesn't mean your meal has to be cooked before you order it.
