Divine Steps Therapy is an established and growing ABA therapy provider currently serving children and families throughout Maryland and Virginia. We are excited to expand into the St. Louis, Missouri area and bring our commitment to compassionate, high-quality ABA services to a new community.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Director to take a leading role in launching, developing, and overseeing our Missouri clinical program. This position offers the opportunity to become a key clinical leader within a growing organization and help shape the culture, quality, and future of our St. Louis operations.

Leadership Role

The BCBA Clinical Director will serve as the primary clinical leader for Divine Steps Therapy in Missouri. This individual will establish strong clinical standards, lead and support the clinical team, and ensure that every client receives high-quality and ethical care.

The Clinical Director will work closely with company leadership to build the St. Louis program, recruit and develop clinicians, maintain compliance, and create a positive and supportive workplace. The successful candidate must be comfortable making clinical decisions, mentoring staff, resolving clinical concerns, and taking ownership of the program's overall quality.

This is also a hands-on position. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Clinical Director will maintain a caseload and perform regular BCBA duties.

Responsibilities

·         Lead and oversee the St. Louis clinical program.

·         Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.

·         Supervise and support the clinical team while maintaining high standards of care.

·         Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain a clinical caseload.

·         Provide caregiver training, monitor client progress, and review clinical documentation.

·         Complete insurance authorization and reauthorization documentation.

·         Ensure compliance with BACB, Missouri, payer, and company requirements.

·         Partner with company leadership to support staffing and program growth.

Qualifications

·         Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing.

·         Current Missouri Behavior Analyst license or eligibility to obtain one.

·         Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

·         Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.

·         Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

·         Supervisory or management experience preferred.
