Job Description Full‑Stack Developers at CapTech are part of a capable, highly‑motivated community who strive to continuously learn the latest tools and architectures to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. We design, develop, and deliver high‑quality enterprise systems, as well as systems integrations and work in a project‑based consulting environment. CapTech developers enjoy a collaborative environment and have many opportunities to learn from and share knowledge with other developers, architects, and our clients. Our solutions include API‑driven clients, microservice architectures, event‑driven integrations, cloud deployments, serverless applications, and web and portal front ends. Specific responsibilities for the Full‑Stack Developer position include: Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self‑directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills Understand and implement object‑oriented design patterns Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge Provide technical mentoring Qualifications Qualifications 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications the Microsoft Stack OR Java Hands‑on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCP Experience with Agentic AI development- Developing agents and developing with agents Experience with a Varied AI Toolset- Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaude Preferred experience with AI orchestration Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows Familiarity with multi‑system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code Additional Information We want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions.
