Forklift Driver - Receiving
Location: Waco, TX Area
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime: 5:30 PM
Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Checker for a busy warehouse environment in the Waco area. This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments, inspecting materials, and ensuring accuracy of received goods . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and with computer systems.
Responsibilities:- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
- Accurately count, measure, and document received items
- Record and enter receiving data into computer systems
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
- Communicate with warehouse, purchasing, and shipping teams
- Assist with unloading and staging materials as needed
- Maintain organized and clean receiving areas
- Forklift Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving documents
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Physically active role (lifting, standing, moving materials)
- Steel-toed work boots required
