Strong experience in PeopleSoft Billing and Accounts Receivables (sponsored and non-sponsored) version 9.2 Excellent communication skills to lead and teach core office users and support personnel throughout the involvement phases Ability to troubleshoot application issues and resolve them in a timely manner Ability to document detailed functional requirements and collaborate with technical resources to implement solutions Familiarity with data extract and troubleshooting tools such as Query, SQL, SQR
