As a Sportsbook Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced sportsbook environment while creating an exceptional experience for customers and team members. You'll oversee team performance, cash operations, and customer interactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. Working at the center of the action, you'll help drive operational success while fostering a collaborative and engaging team culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily sportsbook operations by providing direction, coaching, and support that enables your team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Manage team schedules, monitor attendance and break adherence, and maintain accurate timekeeping and operational records.
• Assist customers with placing wagers, answering questions, and resolving issues while creating a welcoming and engaging experience.
• Oversee customer betting activity, employee bank distribution, and high value cash transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Foster a collaborative team culture by developing team members, driving engagement, and upholding operational standards, controls, and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accuracy in a customer facing or operational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak sporting events. Experience in a sportsbook, casino, gaming, or hospitality environment is a plus.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 48,000.00 USD - 60,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
