Accompany each resident on all medical visits and stay with them until the visit is complete. Sign in residents upon entrance and present their documents to office personnel. Obtain resident’s documents and any new prescriptions before leaving the doctor’s office. Confirm that the doctor has written on the order form. If a follow-up appointment is necessary, obtain appointment cards. Report back to RCM upon returning to the facility and be prepared to answer questions concerning the visit. Perform other duties as required and assigned. Qualifications Physically able to help ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents transfer to and from wheelchair to vehicle. Possess a valid state driver’s license. Qualified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.). Clean driving record. Clean criminal record. Any other state required certifications.
