Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Private Capital Assessment Analysts . This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, analysts: Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform Gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical work Support investors, fund managers, and operators in assessing, vetting, and evaluating private capital opportunities Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification tiers: Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst Level Rating Score Pay Typical Background Senior Analyst 90–100 • $150–200/hour • Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or development professionals with 5+ years of capital assessment and deal evaluation experience Lead Analyst 80–89 • $100–150/hour • Finance professionals with 3–5 years of investment evaluation, modeling, or transaction experience Analyst / Associate 60–79 • $50–100/hour • Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical and analytical skills What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on your certification approvals, analysts may be engaged for: Private Capital Assessment & Evaluation Analyze and assess private market investment opportunities for financial, operational, and strategic viability Review capital structures, deal terms, and projected returns Identify key risks, assumptions, and potential value creation opportunities Prepare investment memos, summaries, and recommendations for investors or sponsors DCF / LBO modeling Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis Sensitivity and scenario analysis Football field valuation summaries Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis Commercial and operational diligence Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training Get verified on the platform Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following: Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines: Visibility on the platform Approved work categories Recommended hourly rates Compensation & Deal Terms Analysts are independent contractors, not employees Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Provide investment advice Solicit securities Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All work is limited to analytical, assessment, and due diligence functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
