Customer Experience Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy Customer Experience Manager in Carrollton, TX to lead our Customer Service, Technical Support, and Warranty teams while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will recruit, develop, and motivate team members while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture and collaborating closely with other supervisors to build a unified leadership team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer escalations, and a hands-on approach to supporting customers at both executive and district levels. Candidates should have experience with ERP and CRM systems and a proven ability to improve processes, analyze metrics, and drive operational efficiency. We are looking for a change agent and innovator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing business needs, and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a customer service team
Automotive aftermarket experience
Excel skills

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
