Member Assist Cart Attendant Location: 15 Texas Station Ct, Timonium, MD 21093-8263, United States of America Employment type: Part-time Seniority level: Entry level Base Pay $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr Responsibilities You will help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. You are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience in a fast‑paced, weather‑independent environment. Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing member concerns. Keep the parking lot clean, neat, and member‑ready; correct unsafe situations and conduct safety sweeps. Coordinate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. What You’ll Do Conduct safety sweeps and correct unsafe situations as per company policies. Assist members with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and using cash registers. Organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain availability of carts. Help members with transportation of items and utilize cart retrieval equipment.
