Manufacturing Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of assembly/manufacturing operators while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a key member of our manufacturing team in our Lithia Springs distribution center, you will work closely across Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teams to drive performance, safety, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
• Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and foster team engagement
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand products, components, assembly processes, and manufacturing workflows
• Experience driving and meeting productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement
• Ability and willingness to stand or sit for extended periods of time at work
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height at work

Hands-On Team Leadership & Production Supervision

• Provide daily floor leadership and production scheduling for manufacturing and assembly operations
• Develop, train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives
• Meet and exceed all safety and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Ensure daily production targets are met to support daily and priority customer shipments
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on improving efficiency and reducing waste

In this role, you will:

• Build and retain a highly engaged, productive manufacturing team
• Achieve team retention, productivity, and performance goals
• Successfully complete daily and weekly audit requirements
• Improve capacity planning across facilities
• Drive Lean initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
