Clinical Research Coordinator I

Clinical Research Coordinator I position at an SMO within IQVIA's network, based in Salt Lake City. The role involves managing multiple clinical trials, performing clinical procedures, and coordinating study activities from recruitment through regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage 2-6 concurrent trials of varying complexity and therapeutic areas
- Recruit participants, obtain informed consent, and conduct clinical procedures
- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation and coordinate site audits
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and clinical monitors on trial activities
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training initiatives
Requirements
- 1-3 years clinical research experience at a clinical investigative site
- Proficiency obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and lab specimen processing
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of site operations and drug development processes
- Experience with CTMS, eCRFs, and Microsoft Office applications
Compensation: $37,800.00 - $94,500.00 base
