Position Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Peoria, Illinois. Employment Type: Travel Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long Term Care (LTC) environment, incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into daily job performance. Qualifications 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in SNF/LTC. Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice. Licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Illinois.
