Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join their team in Rogers, AR. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling sales transactions, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Clerk will assist customers in person and over the phone, provide pricing information, process orders, and help maintain efficient operations throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling sales transactions, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Clerk will assist customers in person and over the phone, provide pricing information, process orders, and help maintain efficient operations throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and product inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and phone customers
- Generate and provide accurate price quotes
- Process and enter parts orders
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Assist customers with product selection and order fulfillment
- Load and unload vehicles as needed
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds with assistance
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, or parts counter experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work effectively with blue-collar workers, customers, and team members
- Willingness to assist in various areas of the business as needed
