Our firm is partnering with a well-established health benefits organization serving individuals and families across the U.S. The organization specializes in on- and off-market health insurance solutions, including ACA and private health plans. This role is ideal for a motivated, service-oriented professional who enjoys helping consumers understand their coverage options while earning uncapped commission income in a structured, team-based environment. The Private Health Benefits Agent is responsible for promoting and supporting a broad health insurance product portfolio through inbound phone and online inquiries. This position focuses on educating consumers, recommending appropriate coverage solutions, and driving revenue while maintaining compliance and service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health insurance products and provide service assistance to consumers
• Respond to inbound phone calls and internet-based inquiries
• Use prepared sales scripts to inform, educate, and guide potential customers
• Recommend tailored coverage solutions based on individual needs
• Communicate regularly with consumers regarding benefits, plan details, and rate changes
• Ensure compliance with program reporting and sales requirements
• Accurately document all consumer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with team members and management on company initiatives and projects
• Support special assignments as requested by leadership

Qualifications
Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Insurance sales or service
  • Phone-based sales or call center environment
  • Financial services
  • Marketing or web-based business support
  • Business-to-business or customer service roles
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL

Preferred

• Active Life & Health Insurance Agent License
• FFM (Federally Facilitated Marketplace) Certification
• At least 1 year of experience selling ACA and/or private health insurance policies
