Certified Mobile Notary Service offers notaries a clear path to steady, well-paid signing work. We are hiring a remote mortgage notary to serve Kenosha, WI and beyond.

Responsibilities: Guide borrowers through loan packages, verify government-issued identification, notarize signatures, and return completed documents promptly to lenders and title companies.
Qualifications & Skills: U.S. citizenship and a high school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public commission or willingness to certify. Background check required. Experience notarizing loan documents is a strong plus. Detail-focused, reliable, composed, and a clear communicator.
Job Requirements: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
