The Opportunity We are seeking a Managing Director who is both a producer and a builder—someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high‑performing teams. What You’ll Do Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year) Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client‑first service Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required) Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Role Expectations This is a leadership‑focused position intended for individuals committed to building and managing a team.
