General Assembly Production Specialist

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Serve as technical expert of assigned area during vehicle launches. Support daily production issues as required. Prepare presentations/reports on current projects, progress, and issues to management. Understand labor allocation. Coordinate and lead project activities, including new equipment installation, supplier selection, and implementation phases. Analyze and continuously improve performance of assigned area (safety, quality, production, cost, and human factors). Participate in Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and other problem-solving teams, as directed by Senior Management. Continually review technical developments in area of responsibility and propose new technology projects as appropriate. Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. Meet all other requirements as assigned. HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass‑production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting‑edge production technology applied.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Experience with vehicle production (Minimum 2 years) MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent desired Job related experience in an engineering/industrial environment Domestic / International travel required.WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
