Position Summary

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and preparing high-quality food and beverages. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.

As a Crew Member, you will:

• Provide friendly, energetic, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone
• Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
• Operate blenders, juicers, and point-of-sale systems as trained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with prepping fresh ingredients, restocking supplies, and cleaning tasks
• Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.13 per hour - $19.13 per hour


Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.

This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
• Perform repetitive motions (including hand and wrist movements)
• Work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment

Work Environment

This role operates in a food service environment with exposure to blenders, kitchen equipment, noise, and fast-paced operations. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
