Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator

Full-time purchasing and inventory coordinator position at an environmental testing laboratory in Lancaster, PA. Responsibilities include processing supply orders in Coupa, managing warehouse inventory across lab departments, and coordinating with vendors and laboratories. First shift, 7am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process laboratory supply orders using Coupa procurement system
• Receive orders and restock inventory in warehouse and Kanban shelving across departments
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while managing warehouse operations
• Audit account codes, track shipment status, and resolve order issues with labs and vendors
• Maintain organized stocking areas and participate in continuous improvement training

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 6+ months inventory or purchasing experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Coupa systems
• Ability to stand and walk 3+ hours daily; lift 10 lbs frequently
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Forklift experience and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred

Compensation: $19-25/hour
