About the Role:
Join Nationwide Recovery Inc as an Experienced Repossession Agent in Lyndon Station, WI, where you will play a crucial role in asset recovery. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct repossession activities in a professional and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers to facilitate recoveries.
- Document and report all recovery activities accurately.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding repossession.
- Utilize technology and tools to track and manage repossession assignments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve recovery goals.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive situations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a repossession agent or in a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with repossession laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
