Requirements:

• Proven experience as a repossession agent or in a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with repossession laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
