We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Certified Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for assisting dentists in delivering quality care while ensuring patient comfort and office efficiency. Pay $25 - $30 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday: 8 AM – 7 PM Tuesday: 8 AM – 5:30 PM Wednesday: 8 AM – 7 PM Thursday: 8 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM Sunday: Closed Requirements License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant, X-ray / Radiography Certification, Infection Control License Software Experience: Dexis Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential CPR and Radiology certification required Knowledge of dental imaging and procedures Ability to follow OSHA and infection control protocols Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Willingness to work flexible hours as scheduled (30-36 hours per week) Preferences License & Certification: Certified Orthodontic Assistant Software Experience: Dentrix, Open Dental Experience or familiarity with EagleSoft dental software Knowledge of CEREC technology Experience in perio, orthodontic, and endodontic assisting Professional demeanor with enthusiasm for learning and growth Job Description Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including perio, ortho, and endo treatments Prepare and maintain clinical instruments and treatment rooms following strict sterilization protocols Take and process dental radiographs and other medical imaging as required Manage patient flow and ensure patients are comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit Record and update patient information accurately and assist with charting procedures and treatments Utilize practice management software, preferably EagleSoft, to schedule and document patient care Support the practice by maintaining dental supplies and equipment, including maintenance schedules Adhere to OSHA and infection control standards for safety and compliance Collaborate as part of a professional and compassionate team to ensure excellent patient experiences Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Supportive work environment with opportunities for continuing education Jobley Bonus $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) The average time from application to job offer is about one week to one month.
