This well-established healthcare facility operates two NICU campuses, providing comprehensive neonatal care to the Henderson and greater Las Vegas communities. The facility features a state-of-the-art 26-bed Level III NICU at the primary campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at a secondary campus, both supported by highly skilled nursing teams, advanced neonatal technologies, and a collaborative, collegial environment dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus
• Siena Campus maintains an average daily census of 22; San Martin Campus maintains an average daily census of 3
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists including pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment
• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance, including rotating weekends
• On-call coverage required as part of a team approach to support 24/7 NICU care
• This is a permanent, full-time position requiring residency within the immediate local area; relocation may be required
• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine required
• Active Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain required
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements
