We are looking for an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a legal team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. This position is ideal for a senior litigator who can manage document-intensive matters, contribute strong legal research and writing, and help drive cases forward from early strategy through resolution. The practice includes sophisticated commercial disputes, with current needs tied to antitrust litigation as well as other plaintiff and defense matters.

Responsibilities:
• Lead complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle, maintaining momentum and strategic focus.
• Manage extensive discovery efforts, including eDiscovery workflows, document review strategy, and production coordination for large-volume matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality motions, briefs, and other litigation documents for court filings and case development.
• Partner with attorneys and legal support teams to develop case themes, organize evidence, and build persuasive litigation strategies.
• Handle matters involving commercial disputes, including antitrust and other related litigation on both the plaintiff and defense side.
• Monitor deadlines, procedural requirements, and case activity to ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute as a senior-level litigator who can independently assess issues, recommend next steps, and support the broader trial strategy.
• Work closely with the team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, demonstrating strong collaboration and a strong presence.

• Active license to practice law and good standing as an attorney.

• At least 4 years of experience handling civil or commercial litigation matters.

• Demonstrated background managing discovery in cases involving substantial document volume and complex factual records.

• Strong experience drafting motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings.

• Solid legal research skills with the ability to translate analysis into practical litigation strategy.

• Proven ability to manage cases across multiple stages of litigation with limited supervision.

• Detail-oriented, collaborative approach with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and ability to work effectively with the team

• Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia
