Fox Marquette Subaru has an immediate opening for a Porter in Marquette, MI. In this role, you will contribute to our core vision-"Working together moving people throughout life"-by maintaining our highest standards for vehicle presentation, lot organization, and customer service.As a Porter, you are a crucial team player supporting both sales and service departments. You will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles according to Fox Motors and Subaru specifications, preparing vehicles for dealership inventory and customer delivery, and maintaining an orderly dealership lot.Key ResponsibilitiesWash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors; clean interior/exterior windows and doorjambs.Vacuum, clean upholstery, rugs, and surfaces using proper cleaning agents and equipment.Clean engine compartments using steam-cleaning equipment and approved products.Apply dressing to tires and wheel wells.Inspect incoming and serviced vehicles for noticeable defects (dents, scratches, torn upholstery).Safely move and park vehicles across the lot to maintain an organized sales and service flow.Remove window stickers on sold vehicles and ensure the "Fox" emblem is properly positioned on every vehicle.Skills & QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Solid communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.Strong attention to detail and ability to stay active throughout the workday.What Fox Motors OffersPaid Vacation, PTO, and HolidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Company-Paid Group Life Insurance & DisabilityEmployee Discounts & Wellbeing ProgramGrowth & Development Opportunities Ready to put your career in gear?
