- Dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work.
- Previous carpet cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Eagan office.
- Clean driving record is not required but can lead to advancement and leadership opportunities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
- Clean carpets, upholstery, hard floors, and air ducts in homes, businesses, and senior living communities.
- Travel between job sites in a company vehicle.
- Work with experienced technicians and receive on-the-job training.
- Assist with water damage and flood restoration projects.
- Earn competitive pay through hourly wages, commissions, and customer tips. Starting hourly pay is based on experience.
