Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred.
• Documentation of current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, mobility training, and fall prevention preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Workdays: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (coverage may include varying days within that range).
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 35.
• Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
