Salary:

We are searching for an unbiased Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Behavioral Health Agency in Dallas, TX. The Clinical Lead should complete assessments, gauge clients' treatment needs, and then devise contextually sensitive treatment options. As treatment unfolds, you should review the suggested length and type of interventions to boost clients' prospects of fully recovering.

To ensure success as a Clinical Supervisor you should be able to take lead and create a solid team of therapist and assessors that continue to provide amazing service and align with companys mission.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Complete Intake assessments and reassessments in the office and out in the community as needed.
• 
  Complete initial Treatment Plans
• 
  Update treatment plans every 90/180 days and as needed for all clients
• 
  Conduct monthly chart audits
• 
  Review notes weekly to assess for medical necessity
• 
  Make monthly Quality control calls to client to ensure quality service is being provided
• 
  Provide monthly supervision to licensed and unlicensed case workers/QMHPs to analyze cases and assess progress towards treatment goals
• 
  Complete initial CANS/ANSA assessment and ensure QMHPs to complete forthgoing.
• 
  Participates in staff training assignments, as requested
• 
  Participates in the agencys Performance Improvement initiative
• 
  Attend/conduct all training, company and team meetings
• 
  Understands, acknowledges and agrees to adhere to Medicaid.
• 
  Assist with other administrative duties including but not limited to answering calls, scheduling clients for evaluations and other sessions, assisting admin specialist with organizing client charts and interviewing prospective contactors/employees
