Job Summary:
An Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Springfield, Missouri. The role involves providing direct patient care in a surgical environment during night shifts, with scheduled hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, four days per week. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, MO
• Schedule: Nights, 4x10 hours, scheduled between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN License (meeting Missouri licensure criteria or licensed in Missouri), BLS certification from AHA, 2 years of experience including Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience (Teaching hospital experience will be considered), Scrub and OR Circulator experience, familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) system EPIC
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 trauma experience with multiple years of practice
• Additional Information: Night shift orientation occurs during day shift, and staff must be available the entire week to accommodate orientation requirements. The role utilizes the nursing process to evaluate and coordinate patient care, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to facility standards.
