Warehouse Admin Coordinator - Data CenterLocation: Abilene, TX, USPosition Overview: The Warehouse Admin Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, processing material transactions, coordinating receipts and deliveries, and ensuring warehouse documentation is complete and up to date. This position works closely with warehouse personnel, field teams, vendors, and project staff to support efficient material flow and inventory control.Responsibilities:Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.Process material receipts, transfers, issues, and returns in inventory management systems.Maintain accurate inventory records and storage location information.Prepare, file, scan, and archive warehouse documentation and reports.Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.Track inbound and outbound deliveries.Update inventory systems to reflect material movements and status changes.Communicate with vendors, carriers, field personnel, and project teams regarding material status.Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and resolving documentation issues.Support reporting requirements and data entry activities.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material management preferred.Basic understanding of material handling and inventory processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Share Point).Experience with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Site Sense, or similar) preferred.Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Other Requirements:Regular, reliable attendanceWork productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.Perform work safely and effectively.Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.Work overtime and weekends as required.May work at various different locations and conditions may vary.We offer our fulltime staff employees a comprehensive benefits package that's among the best in our industry, including top-tier medical, dental and vision plans covering eligible employees and dependents, voluntary wellness and employee assistance programs, life insurance, disability, retirement plans with matching, and generous paid time off.
