Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based settings
• Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for school-age children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs
• Previous experience in a healthcare or educational SLP role preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions that align with students' IEP goals
• Work in partnership with teachers and allied professionals to foster communicative development
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs
• Offer support and resources to families and caregivers
