Estamos contratando equipos con experiencia en pintura exterior residencial para trabajo de alto volumen en Eastern Iowa. ???? Si tiene un equipo sólido y quiere trabajo constante, pagos rápidos y buen soporte , tenemos más trabajo del que podemos manejar. ???? Lo Que Ofrecemos
- Trabajo constante todo la temporada
- Pagos semanales por proyectos completados (ciclo de 1 semana)
- Proyectos residenciales grandes con programación continua
- Sin tiempos muertos entre trabajos
- Sistema organizado de producción y apoyo
- Pintura exterior residencial
- Casas completas (siding, madera, trim, etc.)
- Trabajo por zonas (barrios organizados para mayor eficiencia)
- Equipo establecido ( mínimo 2–6 pintores )
- Experiencia en pintura exterior residencial
- Debe tener:
- EIN (número de negocio)
- Seguro de responsabilidad ($1M–$2M )
- Transporte y equipo propio:
- Escaleras
- Máquina de pintar (sprayer)
- Herramientas básicas
- Seguir el alcance del trabajo y los tiempos establecidos
- Mantener limpieza y profesionalismo en el sitio
- Entregar trabajo consistente y de alta calidad
- Buena comunicación con el Project Manager
