Job Details Responsibilities: Knowledge of the procedures performed and anticipates the surgeon's needs, including providing instruments, sutures and supplies Contribute to the patient's safety by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team Requirements: Experience scrubbing into a variety of specialties preferred Knowledge of regulatory agencies and practice (eg. Nurse Practice Act, Infection Control, OSHA, DOH) Successful completion from an accredited school or college course for Surgical Technologist required Certification from the Surgical Technology Exam or eligibility to sit for the exam BLS/AED training Salary Range USD $40.59 - USD $50.74 / Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
