Job Opportunity: Pediatric Hospitalist

Located just a short drive from Spokane, Washington, our independent hospital and clinic system is a Level 3 Trauma facility with 50 beds. We are currently seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalists to join our team of over 100 providers. This position offers a chance to achieve work-life balance, financial independence, and professional autonomy.

Position Details:

• Work schedule consists of 7 shifts per month, each lasting 24 hours.
• Starting base salary exceeds $285,000, with consideration for candidate experience.
• Average patient census ranges from 0 to 3, with 3 to 10 patients managed per shift.
• The primary responsibilities are centered in the Mother-Baby unit.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 and over $200,000 available for student loan repayment.
