Maintenance Manager

CTS - Green Bay 1634 Cofrin Drive Green Bay, WI 54302, USA The Maintenance Manager plays a key leadership role at Contract Transport Services (CTS). The individual is responsible for the service, maintenance, and upkeep for all trucks and trailers. This person is expected to provide supervision to shift team leaders, parts manager, and shop employees. As a leader in the organization, the individual may need to provide general direction to other employees as well. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensure regular service and maintenance of all trucks and trailers. Maintain service and maintenance records of all vehicles. Coordinate the purchase of spare parts and other repair equipment, while maintaining at least 95% accuracy. Comply with all safety and industry regulations for all work processes and ensure OSHA compliance. Maintain professional relationships with vendors. Responsible for maintaining the Out of Service Tractor percentage below 5% daily. Responsible for managing the Indirect/Direct labor of the technicians. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of Standard Repair Times. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance reports related to KPIs. Attend senior leadership meetings as required. Work with finance to develop annual maintenance budget. Provide quarterly reviews for team. Other duties as assigned.
