What Sets You Apart Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you connect easily with customers, contractors, and teammates. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your schedule and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn and grow—whether it’s new products, industry trends, or customer needs. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in sales, customer service, or the construction/building materials industry is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and turn challenges into wins. Commitment to upholding SRM Concrete’s values of service, integrity, and teamwork in every interaction. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites and customer locations. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with exposure to office, field, and job site environments.
