Salary: Expected $150k+

What your future day will look like:

• Generate first and second mortgages through your outside business contacts and real estate networks in the upstate
• Ensure timely communication with clients, Underwriters and Loan Processors though the mortgage process

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3 years of mortgage lending experience with a strong referral network in upstate SC
• NMLS license required
• Proven sales experience in meeting goals
• Ability to pass background, credit checks and drug test
