Job Summary: Serve as an interim facilities leader supporting maintenance operations across multiple healthcare locations. Travel to facilities and provide leadership oversight to ensure safe and compliant operations. Responsibilities: Travel to different facilities to support operations Lead maintenance teams and daily department activities Monitor workflow quality and completion of maintenance programs Support budgeting and energy management programs Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Provide leadership guidance training and support to staff Build strong relationships with clients and facility leadership Monitor staff performance and support evaluations Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred Five or more years healthcare facilities leadership experience Experience at director or assistant director level preferred Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance Experience with hospital maintenance and operations Ability to lead teams in changing environments Willingness to travel full time Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
