Program Support Specialist

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Program Support Specialist in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.

What You'll Do:

• Provide program and administrative support.
• Track tasks, suspense dates, and program deliverables.
• Support scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Maintain program records and correspondence.
• Assist with briefing preparation.
• Perform data entry and analysis in support of program requirements.
• Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Associate degree in business, administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of program or administrative support experience.
• Experience with task tracking, scheduling, meetings, records, correspondence, briefing preparation, data entry and analysis, and coordinating deliverables across stakeholders.
• CAC eligibility.
• Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement unless the Government or security office determines a higher tier is necessary.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree.
