Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Key responsibilities:

• Complete thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Secure, tarp, and transport flatbed loads using proper securement practices.
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT hours-of-service and safety rules.
• Liaise with dispatch and our 24/7 support crew to optimize routes.

Compensation is 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own achievable in one year. Drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units. Benefits include pet/rider-friendly policies, scheduled inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
