Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing industrial coatings, is seeking a Production Operator I to join their team. As a Production Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.

Preparing materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.

Working in a production environment with adherence to safety procedures.

Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Assisting with other production tasks as needed to support team goals.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
