Public Health Nurse: Home Visits & Care Coordination

Baltimore County, MD

Baltimore County, MD is hiring a Public Health Nurse to provide professional nursing services in the community. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, providing health education, and managing patient care. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent credentials along with at least one year of nursing experience. A valid Maryland RN license and driver's license are required at the time of appointment.
