TeleHealth Registered Nurse

Responsibilities As a Telephonic Registered Nurse working from home, you will engage with patients through outbound calls, providing education and support around medication adherence and disease‑state training. You will develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for multiple disease‑state patients, collaborate with health care professionals, and support patient populations through state‑of‑the‑art telecommunications outreach programs. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse who resides in Puerto Rico and holds both Puerto Rico and Florida RN licenses. Fluent in Spanish and English. At least 3 years of clinical RN experience. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Unrestricted RN license in Puerto Rico and a license in Florida. Complies with state mandate COVID‑19 vaccine requirements or has reasonable accommodation status. Preferred Qualifications Previous telephonic nursing experience. Experience with EPIC systems. Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Licensure in multiple states. Education Minimum: RN Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Location Candidate must be based in Puerto Rico for this requisition. Hours and Compensation Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AST during training and regular shift (CST 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM spring/summer and 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM fall/winter). Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Pay range: $26.01 to $56.14 per hour, with potential bonuses and incentives.
