Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language challenges
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's unique goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication skill development
• Keep meticulous records, documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with educators, psychologists, and therapists to ensure an integrated approach to student care
• Offer education and support to families, promoting active involvement in the therapy process

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible for state licensure as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
