Salary: $182,750 - 278,500 per year Requirements:

• We build reliable backend systems that abstract away the complexity of a fragmented healthcare environment
• We may ask you to design and develop AI-enabled clinical data systems, including treatment plans, progress notes, patient history, and automated note generation
• We work on billing infrastructure that scales claim estimation and submission across major insurance payers
• We create patient-first backend services that support care recommendations, health tracking, and long-term data views
• We develop financial ledger systems that ensure accurate provider payments with idempotency and strict consistency
• We collaborate across teams to define solutions, make technical decisions, and keep work moving as priorities shift
• We improve engineering velocity through better tooling, automation, and reusable patterns
• We participate in design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to raise the quality of the whole team
