What You'll Do

  • Engage and convert inbound and onsite buyers into homeowners

  • Take full ownership of the sales process from first conversation to close

  • Build urgency, confidence, and trust with every customer interaction

  • Follow a proven sales system while bringing your own personality and drive

  • Develop leadership skills as you prepare to step into a Sales Manager role
